Four detailed views
Behind the overview are dedicated reports for each area:
Website: page views, unique visitors, visitors right now, top pages, exit pages, traffic by referrer and country, and device types. Only your public website from the page builder is counted, not the dashboard.
Live translation: sessions, streaming minutes, peak listeners, language interest, listener activity by weekday and hour, and a full-year calendar. More about broadcasting under livestreaming and AI translation.
App: daily, weekly and monthly active users, app opens, returning users, most-used screens, operating systems and app versions of the community app.
Donations: revenue, active recurring donations, monthly recurring amount, the path from donation form to completion, top projects, categories, donation goals and the share coming from QR posters. Donations are collected with online giving.
Compare periods, spot patterns
Every detailed view can be set to the last 7, 30 or 90 days or the last 12 months. Metrics with a change indicator compare the selected period with the one right before it. That way you can see whether Ramadan brought more visitors to the website, or on which days and at what times people donate.
New activity shows up with a short delay because reports are cached: live values after up to 45 seconds, heavier reports after up to 15 minutes. “No data in this period” is not an error; it means nothing was recorded in the selected window.
What your board can learn from it
Analytics helps with very practical questions:
Did an announcement pay off? Page views and referrers show where visitors came from.
Which languages does the community actually listen to? Language interest is a basis for planning translation.
How many people use the app regularly, and has an update reached them?
Which donation projects are carrying the load, and where do donors drop out of the form?

Which plan includes analytics?
Analytics is included in every paid plan, from Basis at €99 per month. Which views show data depends on the features your mosque uses: without a donation form there are no donation figures, and without a livestream no translation statistics.

Are dashboard visits counted?
No. Website analytics only covers your public mosque website. The dashboard and the moschee.io website itself are not counted.
Why does a card show “No data”?
There was no matching activity in the selected period, or the source hasn't delivered data yet. Some app reports only appear once the community uses an app version that sends these events.
How up to date are the figures?
Live values are at most about 45 seconds old, daily reports up to 5 minutes and heavier reports up to 15 minutes. Some events are also processed with a delay.
What is the difference between analytics and usage?
Analytics shows what activity happened in a period. The usage page shows how much of your plan's quota has been used in the current billing period, for example page views or streaming hours. For limits and billing, the usage page is authoritative.
