Version 1.6.0 is our biggest visual update yet. The dashboard has a new look from top to bottom, your mosque website gets a proper design studio, and many everyday tasks, from billing to notifications, are now simpler and clearer.

A fresh new dashboard

Every page of the dashboard was reworked for a calmer, more focused experience.

The new website studio

The page builder has been rebuilt into a single studio for designing your mosque website.

• Site-wide colours, fonts and spacing: set your style once and every block follows it, with the option to adjust individual blocks
• Looks great on every device: set different spacing and layouts for phone, tablet and desktop
• A ready-made website in minutes: new starter sites are filled with your mosque's details, such as address and contact information
• Community blocks: show your latest news, upcoming events and prayer times, always up to date and in a layout of your choice
• Better galleries and images: choose the focus point of each photo, style captions and browse images in a full-screen view
• More building blocks, refined: testimonials, maps, social links and forms (with ready-made templates) are easier to edit
• Finishing touches: shadows, gentle entrance animations and independent corner styles for blocks
• Multilingual websites: menus per language, translated pages that stay linked to the original, and a review step before translations go live
• AI help you stay in control of: the AI assistant can now edit formatted text, and every suggestion is checked and shown for your review first
• Reliable undo and saving: one undo history for the whole site, and drafts that save dependably
• Your own icon and code: set your website icon and add custom code, published together with your changes
• Better search engine results: improved link previews on social media and correct search engine setup for custom domains and every language
• Maintenance mode now switches off immediately, and the unlock password works as expected

Clearer billing

• A rebuilt billing page: your plan, trial and payments at a glance, with more reliable handling of plan changes and monthly or yearly billing

Notifications made easier

• A redesigned notification page: each channel is shown on its own clear card
• Several destinations at once: send notifications to more than one target
• Livestream links in messages: include a direct link to your live room in your notification templates
• WhatsApp Channels now work: you can now post to WhatsApp Channels as well

Livestreams that welcome latecomers

• Catch up when joining late: listeners who join mid-stream now see the translation and chat from the start
• Past sessions archive: a new Sessions page under Translation lets you look back at earlier translations, and copy or export them
• Captions on screens from the start: mosque screens that join late show the captions already spoken
• Send to screens during room setup: choose which screens show the stream while preparing a room
• Scheduled rooms you can rely on: scheduled livestreams now start on time, in your mosque's time zone, audio box included
• Clear messages when something goes wrong: if translation fails, listeners and screens are told clearly instead of waiting in silence

Live translation keeps improving

• Even more faithful Qur'an and Hadith quotes: better recognition of similar-sounding verses, a new German Qur'an translation, and a badge that shows when a quote was adapted to fit what was said
• New voices: additional natural-sounding voices, and honorifics such as "peace be upon him" can be spoken aloud
• Newer AI models: faster and more accurate translation thanks to the latest language models
• Smoother delivery: the spoken translation keeps pace better and falls behind less often

Balagh and the mobile app

• Straight to the right store: the Balagh website sends each visitor to the App Store or Google Play depending on their device
• Links that survive an install: if someone opens a link without the app installed, the app takes them to the right place after installing
• Purchases carry over: a subscription bought before signing in is now linked to your account

Documentation for everyone

• Public and searchable: our documentation is now open to everyone and can be found through search engines
